Benefits experts tell us they do not have the expertise to answer these questions and are not satisfied with the experience they provide these employees, but they do not know where to go. This session will help you understand how you can help these groups, and what new opportunities may be there for you.

11am-Noon Wellness to Wellbeing – Cory Jackson, Wellmark & Amy Gould, Wellmark
Course Overview: What do your group clients’ wellness programs look like today? Is their focus primarily on their employees eating healthy and getting enough exercise? It may be time to start the conversation with your group clients about shifting to a more holistic well-being program. One that addresses areas such as overall engagement, organizational effectiveness and culture.
